About Me

While I am a highly motivated and progress-focused administrative professional in a university setting, my true passion lies in helping people feel and function at their optimal. As a group fitness instructor for many years, I have been able to coach people of all ages and stages of fitness throughout their wellness journeys. 

I am also currently pursuing a master’s degree in Health Science. Paired with my education and experience in healthcare and academia, I am able to mentor in multiple fields. I seek to cultivate relationships in every aspect of my life and enjoy connecting people to resources for a holistic approach to overall wellness.
