Larysa Grant is a Certified Career and Leadership Coach and Facilitator who specializes in helping teams and organizations strengthen communication, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness. Drawing on over a decade of experience in career development, recruitment, and coaching, she coaches leaders, designs and facilitates practical workshops that empower employees to communicate with greater empathy, clarity, and confidence.

Larysa delivered workshops on providing actionable feedback, advancing women in organizations, DEIB concepts and approaches, retirement planning / next chapter, success in onboarding in a new role, personal brand, communicating one’s value proposition, to name a few. She is proficient in conducting and coaching on 360 degree verbal assessment, and DiSC, Working Geniuses, Predictive Index assessments.

Her Facilitator expertise comes from multiple trainings at UpstartED startup, North York Women’s’ Centre and Change it Up non-profits, as well as Steve Lowell’s workshops.

She holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Centennial College, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York University, and a Bachelor’s in Education from Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University in Ukraine. Larysa is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Before launching her coaching and consulting practice in 2014, Larysa worked as an agency recruiter, connecting technology and operations professionals with major employers in the banking and government sectors. Her experience includes partnerships with organizations such as Incepta Solutions, Dell Technologies, Times Change Women’s Employment Service, The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO), the United Nations Association in Canada, the North York Women’s Centre, and the Ontario College of Teachers.
